Rules and Conditions:

Eligibility: Must be enrolled in the rewards program and use your account at the time of purchase.

Non-qualifying Purchases:

Gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, and returned items do not earn points.

Point Redemption:

Points can only be redeemed in increments (e.g., 100 points = $2 off), and only one reward can be applied per transaction.

Minimum Redemption Threshold:

A minimum number of points (e.g., 100) may be required to redeem a reward.

Non-transferable:

Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or sold.

Expiration Policy:

• Points expire 12-24 months after the date they were earned, depending on account activity.
• Accounts with prolonged inactivity (e.g., no purchases for 24 months) may forfeit all accumulated points.

Account Management:

• Any discrepancies in points earned or redeemed must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
